Judge Injustice Pool By Our Actions So Far Please

Phase one of Injustice Pool, LLC focuses on China's use of America's legal system, in particular our patent office and courts, to engage what many have called "Lawfare" or "Innovation Warfare" with the goal of degrading America's innovation capacity. Phase two of Injustice Pool addresses abuses of the Appointments Clause, Vacancies Act, Separation of Powers that weaken America and help China.

Publicly we have made four statements so far:

• A response to a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) at the Bureau of Industry & Security at the US Department of Commerce on battery management systems for EVs being a spyware risk.

• Evidence of Fabricated Research Data in CATL Patents: Case Studies & Analysis (January 2025)

This report describes 50+ US issued CATL patents and how what is claimed in each patent may not be supported by evidence and may in fact be fabricated claims. Research into these patents continues and an update to this report will be made available in the near future.
